Delivery times

All jewellery and rings purchased from me are made-to-order, especially for you. When you place an order, I will make it in my workshop and then send you a despatch date so you know when your jewellery be coming.

Creating and engraving the piece, enamelling it, polishing it and setting stones, if there are any, is a long process and I want to take the time to make the best jewellery for you.  Several factors will affect the delivery time, such as the type of jewellery, the metal you have chosen, and the colours you would like.

Shipping to a UK address

All items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, tracked and signed for.

Please note:

• We do not deliver to PO boxes or Lockers. Items can only be sent to a home or work address where they can be signed for.

• We cannot accept liability if goods are despatched as agreed, but do not arrive on time due to adverse weather, or a problem with the postal service/delivery company.

• In the unlikely event ofmy workshop having to shut down temporarily, some deliveries may be delayed until work is resumed.

The cost of postage and packing for a single item will be £9.95, postage for multiple items will be advised at time of ordering.

You will be sent an email and/or SMS message with a tracking number on the day your order is despatched.

Shipping to an address outside the UK

Returns

We will accept returns on stock items within 14 days of receipt, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging and condition.

Please email me for a return address, including the details of your order.

Unfortunately, anything made to order cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may not be returned. 

Personalised or bespoke orders cannot be refunded or returned.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are liable for the items until they are received at my workshop.

In case of fault or damage, please email me for assistance.

Repairs for damage caused by wear or accident will be chargeable.
